Thank you for visiting our Gala Home Page. We are a Scottish Registered Charity organisation for the benefit of the community of Dalgety Bay and Hillend. It is organised by the Gala Committee who are a small team of voluntary members dedicated to making gala day a memorable occasion for all residents.

LATEST NEWS: March 7th 2010 - Fife Police Pipe Band have confirmed that they are able to take part in the walking procession. We are also hoping to have Fife Poilce CCTV van on site for the gala or at least some sort of police vehicle, depending on availability.
February 28th 2010 - Gala Day is on the first day of the World Cup Football. Watch out for details of our own Football Event. 

Gala 2010 will be on Saturday 12th June 2010 from 1:15pm to 4:30pm, with walking procession leaving the Dalgety Bay church car park at 12:45pm. The chosen theme for Gala 2010 is "SCOTLAND" - celebrating our nation, culture, customs, history, events, foods, traditions, buildings, famous people, music etc.

The Gala Committee is pleased to announce that 'Fantoosh' will be playing once again at our fund-raising Ceilidh on 11th June 2010 18:30 - 22:00. Round Table will be in charge of the Bar as usual. If you wish to provisionally reserve a ticket for this popular event please contact Debi Robinson. Ticket prices remain the same as in 2009 - Family £24, Adult £8, Child £4. DON'T DELAY booking your tickets. They are going very fast now.
